What happens after early access?
Homees stays free to use on the Starter plan. When paid billing launches, Plus becomes optional -- and early-access members keep Plus free for 12 months. Nothing you already have is taken away.
What if I stop paying for Plus?
You drop to Starter, not a locked door. Your data stays yours: read it, export it as JSON or CSV, and keep using the free plan. We never hold your home's memory hostage.
Do unused AI-read documents roll over?
No. The monthly document allowance resets each month and does not carry over. Plus removes the limit entirely.
Do family members cost extra?
No. Household members are free on every plan, each with their own role -- including a read-only viewer.
I have multiple homes, or I'm a landlord. What are my options?
Plus covers up to 3 homes. A larger Portfolio tier for landlords and managers is on the roadmap -- talk to us and we'll keep you posted.
