Is Homees free?
Yes -- free during early access, with no card required. Planned Starter and Plus pricing is public so there are no surprises, and export stays free forever on every plan.

You snap or upload an invoice, receipt or warranty card. Homees reads the vendor, amounts, dates, serial numbers and warranty terms, then shows you what it found. Homees never files anything without showing you first -- you confirm or edit before it lands.
Is my data private?
Your data is yours. Export it as JSON or CSV anytime, delete it anytime. It is never sold, never shared for advertising and never used to train AI models. Homees is PDPA-minded from day one.
How we handle your data ->What if I stop using Homees?
Nothing is held hostage. Export everything as JSON or CSV, then delete your account whenever you like. Your home's memory leaves with you.
Does it work for HDB flats, condos and landed homes?
Yes. Setup starts by picking your property type -- HDB, condo or landed -- and Homees loads the right rooms, appliances and Singapore maintenance templates for it.
Do I have to type in everything I own?
No. Start from Singapore templates, tick what your home has, and snap a photo of any label to have Homees suggest the brand and model. Most homes are set up in about 15 minutes; details can come later.
Can my family use it?
Yes, on every plan. Invite family members and give each a role, including a read-only viewer for anyone who should see but not change things. Household members are free on all plans.
Does Homees book contractors for me?
Not yet. Today Homees records what happened, reminds you what is due, and advises what needs doing. Booking contractors is on the roadmap, not a promise we make today.
Which countries does Homees support?
Homees is built for Singapore first: prices in SGD, local appliance lifespans, and seasons like haze and monsoon. More markets will come later.
What files can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 20MB -- invoices, receipts, warranty cards, manuals, quotes and photos of your appliances and their labels.
