Privacy policy

What we collect
We collect only what the product needs to work:
- account details you provide (name, email) and your household roles;
- the home records you add -- rooms, appliances, documents, vendors, costs and the images or PDFs you upload;
- basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data to provide Homees: to store your home's memory, read and file your documents, schedule maintenance, compute your health score and answer your questions from your own records. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents or answers to train AI models.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site sets no cookies. Our analytics is cookieless and anonymous, so there is no consent banner to click. The Homees app itself sets a single session cookie to keep you signed in.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Homees -- hosting, storage, email, the AI provider that extracts document details, and analytics. The current list, with purpose and region, is on the security page.
Your PDPA rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can access and correct your personal data, withdraw consent, and ask us to delete it. Export everything as JSON or CSV yourself at any time, or delete your account and data from within Homees.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete something, deleted means deleted -- backups age out within 30 days. Unconfirmed waitlist signups are removed after 30 days.
