Every repair, service and document lands on one timeline, and every appliance gets its own page. Spaces group it by room, so the master-bath leak and the aircon service both have a place they belong.

Homees ships with Singapore maintenance templates and turns them into scheduled tasks with a written reason. A nightly pass checks every schedule, warranty and appliance age, and can suggest replace-versus-repair when something is near end of life.
