Early access
Homees is offered during early access, free of charge and without a card. Features may change, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we build. Planned pricing is published on the pricing page; nothing is charged today.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in Singapore to use Homees. You may invite household members and set their roles, including a read-only viewer.
Acceptable use
Do not use Homees to:
- break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the service;
- upload content you have no right to store, or that is not related to managing a home.
Your content and data
Your home's records are yours. You can export everything as JSON or CSV at any time, and delete your account and data whenever you like. We do not sell your data and do not use your documents or answers to train AI models. See the security page for detail.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features during early access. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can, and will always let you export your data before any account is closed.
Liability
Homees helps you record and remember; it does not replace professional inspection or advice. To the extent permitted by law, Homees is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service during early access.
