Your home is probably the largest asset your family owns, and it runs on WhatsApp threads and a shoebox of receipts. We built Homees to fix that: to give a home a permanent memory.

The problem we kept hitting

Every homeowner we spoke to had the same three moments. Standing in a shop without the water heater’s serial number. Finding a warranty card the week after something broke. Not remembering which plumber fixed the leak in 2023, or what it cost. The information existed — it was just scattered and unsearchable.

What Homees does

Homees keeps every repair, receipt, warranty and serial number in one place, and adds a thin layer of AI on top: it reads your invoices and files them, builds a maintenance schedule from Singapore templates, scores your home’s health out of 100, and answers questions from your home’s own records.
